The state-of-the-art Fitness and Wellness Center has been outfitted with Cardio-Theater, TechnoGym the leader in cardio equipment, a full range of free weights and a complete strength training circuit.
In the group fitness studio there is a four—station Kinesis Wall for one-on-one and group training, 15 Startrac bikes for spinning classes and many other class offerings. Click here to see some examples of what we will be offering.
