HOW TO REGISTER:

1.  Schedule:

View class dates, times, and details at Summer Lessons.
 

2.  Download the Registration Form:

• Group and Preschool registration form AVAILABLE HERE. Parent and Me form AVAILABLE HERE.
• Forms also available at the UVAC Welcome Desk.
• One form per child.
   

3. Pick your Class or Station:

Please refer to Curriculum to determine the appropriate station for your child. To speak to someone about your child's ability or to schedule an evaluation, please email: lessons@uvac-swim.org.
 

4. Registration Information: 

SUMMER REGISTRATION IS OPEN!
Forms are due by the Wednesday prior to your desired session.
 

• Drop your form at the Welcome Desk, mail with a check, or email lessons@uvac-swim.org. 
• Payment MUST accompany enrollment.
• Spots are available on a first come, first serve basis, so we recommend getting your form in early.
• If we are unable to find room for your swimmer(s) we will alert you and will not process your payment.

• Email Form:  Download, fill out, and scan with payment information to: lessons@uvac-swim.org.
• Confirmation:  We email a welcome letter, but do not send individual confirmations.

1x per week (6 lesson package):

Member Non-Resident: $60       Non-Member Non-Resident: $96
Member Resident: $54                Non-Member Resident: $90

2x per week (12 lesson package):

Member Resident: $96                    Non-Member Resident: $168
Member Non-Resident: $108         Non-Member Non-Resident: $180
